Terms and Conditions – Paratandemfly

1. Definitions
Customer/Passenger: The person who purchases or uses the services offered by Paratandemfly.
Gift Voucher: A purchasable voucher that allows the recipient to enjoy a tandem paramotor flight.
Adaptive Trike: A device that enables seated take-offs and landings, making the flight accessible to people with motor disabilities.
2. Services Offered
Paratandemfly provides tandem paramotor flight experiences for recreational and sports purposes in the Sardinia region, mainly along the Sinis Coast, with take-offs from locations such as Mari Ermi, Cabras, and Oristano.
Flights are accessible to all, including children, adults, and people with motor disabilities, thanks to the Adaptive Trike.
Legal Notice: The experiences offered by Paratandemfly do not constitute public or commercial air transport services. These are recreational/sports activities conducted in compliance with current Italian regulations by certified pilots, without point-to-point transport purposes.
3. Bookings
Booking Methods: Bookings can be made via our website, WhatsApp, social media, or by phone.
Booking Confirmation: Once the booking is made, the customer will receive a confirmation email with all flight details.
Changes and Cancellations: Any changes or cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours before the scheduled flight time. Otherwise, the gift voucher may be considered used.
4. Gift Vouchers
Validity: Gift vouchers are valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
Customization: Vouchers can be personalized with the recipient's name, a personal message, and sent via email or downloaded as a PDF for personal delivery.
Usage: The recipient must book the flight within the validity period following the instructions in the confirmation email.
5. Weather Conditions
Passenger safety is our top priority. In case of adverse weather conditions such as strong winds or rain, we reserve the right to reschedule the flight. In such cases, the customer will be contacted to agree on a new date at no extra cost.
6. Recommended Clothing
To ensure comfort and safety during the flight, we recommend comfortable, sporty clothing appropriate for the season. It's preferable to wear a light windbreaker, closed-toe shoes, and sunglasses if necessary. Avoid loose or flapping clothing and open footwear.
7. Accessibility
Thanks to the Adaptive Trike, our flights are also accessible to people with motor disabilities. We invite customers with specific needs to inform us at the time of booking so we can provide the best possible experience.
8. Liability
Waiver: Before the flight, the passenger will be asked to sign a waiver releasing Paratandemfly from liability, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Insurance: All flights are covered by insurance in accordance with current regulations.
9. Prices and Payments
Rates: Flight and gift voucher prices are listed on our website and may change without notice.
Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, and other methods specified on the website.
10. Refund Policy
Refunds are not provided. If a flight is canceled for reasons beyond the customer’s control (e.g., adverse weather or our unavailability), a voucher of equal value will be issued, valid for 90 days and transferable to another person.
In case of personal reasons preventing participation, the voucher may be transferred to a third party upon notification.
If the customer fails to show up without prior notice, the voucher will be considered used and no refund or replacement will be given.
11. Privacy
Customer personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use appropriate security measures to protect our customers' personal information.
